Volver is an immersive food and theater experience that blends myth, memory, and culinary tradition. Set in a kitchen, it follows the fragmented story of Tita, a grandmother and matriarch, and her granddaughter Nana, as they journey through memory, nostalgia, and loss. This intergenerational narrative uses flavor, smell, and storytelling to speak of myth, passion, resilience, love, and loss.

We invite the audience to sit at the table with us—to listen to Tita’s stories, to enter her house, and to share a meal. Volver is both a play and a sensory ritual, honoring Tita and all those for whom food, community, and family are inseparable.
